From the desk of Cary Wagner, CEO of Pacific NorthWest Managed IT ServicesDear Business Owner,
Hello, my name is Cary Wagner, CEO of Pacific NorthWest Managed IT Services. We've been serving the Pacific Northwest area since 2005. As a business owner, I feel a lot of similar pain points as you. Just like you, I know how much of a hassle it can be dealing with IT troubles. It's expensive, it's time consuming, and it's downright frustrating. You pay your employees to work, but if their workstations aren't working or the server is unreachable, they can't do their jobs.
Is your IT provider causing you headaches?Does it seem like they are constantly chasing the same problems while your users still can't get to their work? Did you know that most of the day-to-day IT issues you experience can be resolved with just a little proactive maintenance?
IT Support doesn't need to be expensive or frustrating. That's why it is my personal goal to change the way you think about IT, and here's how:
I will give you 2 free hours of our Pacific NorthWest Managed IT Services service to show you that there is a better way to solve those day-to-day issues that plague businesses everywhere of all sizes. If you don't have an issue for us to solve right away, that's fine; use your 2 free hours to have us run a full audit on your network infrastructure and map out any weak points, finding issues before they even occur. That's the Pacific NorthWest Managed IT Services Difference; proactive maintenance to prevent downtime. We don't wait around for things to break; we keep your business up and running all day, every day. Why experience a loss in productivity or get slammed with high computer repair bills? We want you to expand and grow.
People ask me, "Aren't you worried about businesses taking advantage of this free service?" I'll admit, it happens, although rarely. Most business owners are honest people who are frustrated with their current IT. They just want someone they can trust to maintain their infrastructure so they can focus on what's really important; driving their business forward. I love seeing my clients succeed, hearing that their profits have gone up and their expenses have gone down. As my clients grow, my business grows along with them. It is in my company's best interest to provide the best service possible.
I urge you to take advantage of our service, and you'll see that I'm right; we're the best at what we do, and our level of service is top-notch. We've worked hard to lay out the best practices, train our talented team and provide them with the best tools in the industry. I want to give you a chance to experience it before you risk your money on a whole new IT company. Once you've tried it and love it, we'll take great pleasure in welcoming you to the Pacific NorthWest Managed IT Services family as another one of our happy, loyal, long-term clients.
Blessings & Cheers
Cary Wagner

From the desk of George Bradley, COO of Pacific NorthWest Managed IT ServicesDear Business Owner,
Hi there, my name is George Bradley, I am COO at Pacific North West Managed IT Services. I have a Business Science degree in Business Management and an MBA. I have owned several businesses in the past and Am part owner of PNWMITS. In my 15+ years of ownership I have always enjoyed the challenges of business; working with employees, helping customers, discovering new ways to serve, researching and analysis. My passion has always been helping business and their people succeed. I come much more from the business side though with over 30 years of IT experience I come to you as one who really understands the importance of connecting Business with IT.
Does your Business and IT Really Connect? How is your Business and IT Connected? Do you feel like your Business goals, processes and actions are meshed with your IT, or, do you see IT as a set of tools, applications and process, you need to mold to make things happen?
If your experience is like mine, it is the latter. We see IT as innovation and technology that can help us do some important tasks, but normally end up going through a steep learning curve to mold to the way the technology works. Now there is nothing wrong with some change, after all, filling a file cabinet with documents or keeping paper ledgers is not the way to advance business today.
Businesses of all sizes often struggle with how to best make connect Business and IT. You see, it is much more than just technology helping you to process orders, send email, create quotes…etc. It is more about really understanding your business, your goals, your processes, your culture and having your technology work the way you do. People, Process and Technology completely integrated.
Today, small business is faced with the need to managed storage, servers, networks and desktops with few or no skilled resources and larger companies find themselves with silos of technology that struggle to manage as a single team, neither ever really reaching the point of really understanding the goals and needs of business and business never really able to understand the reasons and needs for certain technology.
Let us help you with this critical and very old business issue. I promise, there is a way to make it all work, it is different for every company and company culture.
As one who has been there, I want to encourage you to take advantage of our free Business and IT review. I think you will feel our compassion for your situation and sense our passion to help resolve your Business and IT issues. Looking forward to chatting with you.
